Michael Nguyen is the type of police officer every community deserves. Michael, the son of Vietnamese immigrants, started his career in law enforcement at the academy, went on to work the streets as a beat cop, rose through the ranks to become a sexual assault detective, and is now serving as a homicide detective. 

Every day, Michael sees the worst of humanity, and yet, has an unstoppable determination to get justice for victims and and their families.
