The Life and Legacy of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

On September 18, 2020, Ruth Bader Ginsburg died at the age of 87.

A couple of her greatest accomplishments:

• champion of race and gender equality
• pioneered equality for women

On Friday, September 25, 2020, Ginsburg will lie in state in Statuary Hall in the Capitol…and I will be there.

The casket will be placed on top of the Lincoln Catafalque, the platform originally used during Abraham Lincoln’s funeral.
